Privacy Policy
1. Image Processing & Data Security
All calculations, including normal map height analysis, Sobel filtering, blur kernels, and packed ORM channel generation (Ambient Occlusion, Roughness, Metallic), execute within client-side HTML5 Canvas and WebGL contexts. Your source images and exported maps never leave your device.
2. Information Collection
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically:
- No account registration or personal credentials are required.
- No user files, textures, or geometry data are uploaded to any server.
- No user telemetry, tracking pixels, or diagnostic logs are harvested.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
PBR Texture Tool does not use advertising cookies, profiling cookies, or tracking beacons. If any settings or preferences are saved in the future, they will remain strictly within your local browser storage (LocalStorage / SessionStorage) and are never shared with third parties.
4. Third-Party Dependencies
The 3D material preview viewport loads open-source rendering libraries (Three.js and OrbitControls) from standard public CDNs (cdnjs and jsdelivr). These CDN requests are subject to the respective CDN providers standard network delivery policies, which do not receive your canvas texture data.
5. Open Source Transparency
This software is completely open source under the MIT License. The entire source code is auditable by anyone in the public GitHub repository at github.com/ashwathjain/PBR-Texture-Tools.
6. Contact
